Testing and Certification

Bye Engineering Partners has access to state-of-the-art inspection and testing facilities to perform inspection of critical aircraft components and assemblies, as well as extensive experience conducting a variety of tests and achieving multiple types of certifications. 

Bye Engineering Partners is capable of performing composite material testing and static, dynamic and fatigue structural testing, as well as avionics, electrical and flight testing.  In addition to facilitating testing and certification, Bye Engineering Partners is also available to consult on preparing for testing and certification and/or identification of modifications based on test results.

Structural Testing

Bye Engineering Partners offers structural testing support for outside research, development and certification projects. Services offered include:

  • Full engineering services; rig and test fixture design per customer specifications
  • Full-scale structural testing facilitation, subscale testing, and specimen sample testing with certified test facilities
  • Static, dynamic, impact, and fatigue tests
  • Full instrumentation of test articles
  • Test plan and report generation, including 14 CFR Part 23 and 25 certification reports
