Complex Composite Structures from Initial Concept to Production
Composite Manufacturing
Composite structures require specialized manufacturing facilities and processes. Bye Engineering provides composite manufacturing in a clean room environment with controlled temperature, humidity, and particle count. Composite materials are cut using an automated ply cutter. Trained composite manufacturing technicians lay up and inspect the plies. Vacuum bagged parts are cured in an oven or autoclave per customer specifications. Cured parts can be trimmed, bonded, drilled, fastened and finished to design requirements.
